Interamerican Highway from Divisa to Las Tablas, driving time should shrink to around 3 and a half hours.
Construction work on the Interamerican Highway has already begun and looks to be progressing steadily. The estimated completion timeframe for the expansion of the Interamerican Highway from Divisa to Las Tablas is the end of 2012.
The cost for the expasnion is $175,300,000 USD. This includes the road expansion, 23 pedestrian bridges, and 14 vehicular bridges.
