Family Room - Relax in this comfortable room with breathtaking gulf views. Walk out on to the large front porch and breathe in the gulf breezes while viewing spectacular sunsets (from Oct - Mar) and dolphins swimming by.  Has a pullout queen sofa for extra sleeping room.

Kitchen/Dining Area - The modern kitchen has all of the appliances you have at home.  The 8 chair dining room table is located near the kitchen with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico.  There is a breakfast bar off of the kitchen with additional seating for three.

Master Suite - Occupying the entire top level, this beautifully decorated room has incomparable gulf views with two full baths, sitting area, wet bar, fireplace and futon with pull-out bed. Gaze out across the Gulf while lying in the comfortable king bed or relaxing on your private deck.  

Gulf East - This bedroom has spectacular views of the gulf and beaches to the East with a queen bed, private bath and walkout access to the third level deck.

Gulf West - With king bed and private bath, this beautifully decorated bedroom enjoys the same incredible gulf views and beaches to the West with walkout access to the third level deck.

Queen Room – This small room with a privacy curtain has a very comfortable queen bed and is located on the same level as Gulf East and Gulf West.   The half bath from the family room is just down the stairs from this room.  This room is also equiped with a flat panel TV with built in DVD player.  

Elevator - The passenger elevator makes the entire home accessible for everyone.
