We are located on the South Shore of the Bay of Banderas about 20 miles from the international airport.The South Shore is the most accessible to Old Town Vallarta and Malecon with fantastic restaurants, shops and night life. The South Shore is less crowded, simply because the steep Sierra Madre mountains in this area make it very difficult to build.  It is far more scenic, lush and beautiful than the other areas of the bay.
