High Season - **Nov 01, 2010 -  Apr 30, 2011 - 6 Night Minimum

                Rate For Entire Villa first 6 people - $1,350 per night

                We then charge the following in excess of 6 people:

                        7th and 8th person at - $175 per person per night

                        9th and 10th person at - $125 per person per night

                       11th and 12th person at - $75 per person per night

     **Does not apply to Holiday Period Dec 18 - Jan 2, contact us for quote                      

  Low Season - May 01, 2010 -  Oct 31, 2010 - 6 Night Minimum

               Rate for Entire Villa first 6 people - $960 per night

               We then charge the following in excess of 6 people:

                         7th and 8th person at  - $145 per person per night

                         9th and 10th person at - $105 per person per night

                        11th and 12th person at - $60 per person per night
